يسعى هذا البحث إلى كشف وتبيان أهمية التلاقح الثقافي بوصفه شرطا إلزاميا لقيام الحضارة، وبما أنه قيمة تنهض لبناء روابط خاصة تكفله من أهمها الترجمة، التي تقوم كسمة إنسانية بالغة الأهمية، متصلة بالضيافة اللغوية، التي تعد بتوافق لا يستلزم التطابق بين الذات والآخر الغريب عنها، كل ذلك ضمن إطار معرفي يبتعد عن طرح التجاذبات ذات المنشأ غير الإنساني.
Translation and Linguistic Host: Possibility of “Concord Without Consistency”
This article endeavors to show and represent the importance of the cultural interaction as a compulsory condition to emerge civilization since this interaction is considered as value to build relations. The most important factor is translation which is considered as a very important humane trait connected with the linguistic host This host is represented by the concord, and it does not need consistency between the self and the other, which is unfamiliar with it. All these issues are within knowledgeable framework that is not restricted with disputes originated unhumanely.
